The grievance of the petitioner herein is only to the effect that after the judgment dated 10.07.2018 passed in S.L.P. No. 6204 - 6212 of 2018 wherein the petitioner was a respondent, some talks took place between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 4 for purchasing the land of the petitioner. An offer was made by the opposite party no. 4 to the petitioner vide letter dated 05.09.2022, but thereafter, nothing has happened. Let the opposite party no. 4 get the facts verified and take a decision as to whether the offer dated 05.09.2022 still holds good with regard to the petitioner, if so, whether the land is to be purchased and what does the petitioner have to do in this regard, so that this matter may be resolved. The petitioner be also heard before taking any such decision. Let this exercise be completed within a period of one month. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
