It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner petitioner was working on the post of Lab Assistant (Rural) at the Additional Primary Health Centre, Bandipur, Ambedkar Nagar when due to his illness he was on causal leave since 18.12.2007 to 20.12.2007, 21.12.2007 to 03.12.200818.07.2009 to 20.12.2010, 21.12.2010 to 05.07.2011 and also remain under treatment from 06.07.2011 to 15.12.2015. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given his fitness certificate to the Director General, Medial and Health who has intern directed the Chief Medical Officer, Ambedkar Nagar by order dated 21.11.2023 to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner for permitting him to join but no orders have been passed in this regard. 4. In light of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Ambedkar Nagar to take a decision on the letter dated 21.11.2023 written by Director General, Medical and Health Service, Uttar Pradesh pertaining to joining of the petitioner expeditiously. While passing the order, he shall take into account all the relevant government orders pertaining to the fitness of the petitioner and only thereafter pass necessary orders. (Alok Mathur, J.)
