The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to enter the name of the petitioner in revenue record in respect of land Gata No. 269/0-2-0 situated at village Gosaisinghpur, Pargana Aldemau, Tahsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur, in pursuance of the order dated 23.9.89 passed by Upper Tahsildar/ Assistant Collector-Ist Kadipur Sultanpur as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially opposite party No. 4 not to allot the land Gata No. 269/0-2-0 situated at village Gosaisinghpur, Pargana Aldemau, Tahsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur and dispossess the petitioner from the above said land." Let the claim of the petitioner based on the order of the Tehsildar passed in proceedings under Section 122-B of the erstwhile U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, be considered by the opposite party no. 2, as per law, and take a decision in this regard within a period of three months, after getting the facts verified. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
