To direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambedkar Nagar to decide the application for Temporary Injunction dated 23.10.2024, under Order 39, Rule 1 C.P.C. filed in Original Suit No. 4307/2024 filed under Order 7 Rule 1 C.P.C. (contained at Annexure No. 5 to this petition), within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
