In view of order being passed notices to opposite parties 2 and 3 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide Application preferred by petitioner under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. From a perusal of certified copy of order sheet, however it is not discernible as to whether all the opposite parties to aforesaid proceedings have put in appearance before the authority or not. 4. In view thereof, opposite party no.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh is directed to consider and decide Case No.3828 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202302570403828 (Geeta v. Sachin Kumar) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case all the defendants have put in appearance and there is no other legal impediment 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings.. 6. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
