Heard Shri Shailendra Kumar Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Ashish Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 to 2. 3. Because of the order dated 16.12.2024 physical possession is not being handed over by the opposite parties to the Bank or to the petitioners. 4. The remedy is to seek a review/recall, as the case may be, of the order passed in Petition No. 6099 of 2024 or to challenge it. In this writ petition we can not grant any relief unless the said order is set-aside or recalled. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proceedings before the DRT, Lucknow be expedited. 6. We, accordingly, direct the DRT, Lucknow to dispose of the application for interim relief filed by opposite parties no. 5 positively within a period of 15 days from receipt of a certified copy of this order, especially as, it is said that the order was passed on 16.12.2024 in Petition No. 6099 of 2024 has been filed before the DRT, Lucknow, but, the opposite party no. 5 is not pressing the interim relief application and is taking advantage of the said order. 7.
