The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "(i) That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) (III) Faizabad District- Ayodhya to expeditiously hear the matter of Temporary Injunction Application (6C) under order 39 rule 1 & 2 of the code of civil procedure filed by the petitioner along with the Original Suit. No 27/25 in the name of Md. Ayub Vs Amir Khan and another pending till the 07.01.2025 in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) (III) Faizabad District Ayodhya in stipulated period. (ii) That issue a order or direction to the opposite parties to immediately stop the construction work on the mosque situated on the petitioner's decreed Abadi land and to maintain the status quo." 3. Considering the fact that the matter is fixed for disposal, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the said application on the next date fixed or positively within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. In case, learned counsel for the plaintiff does not appear, the Civil Court would be at liberty to dismiss the said application also.
