It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the grievance of petitioners shall stand redressed in case this Court directs the learned trial Court i.e. the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalakote to expedite the trial in the case concerned by not adjourning the case beyond more than 15 days, so that the trial of the case concerned is concluded on merits at an earliest as the petitioners have been badly suffering on account of the their ongoing criminal involvement. 2. The submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners appear to be justified because the right to speedy trial is the guaranteed fundamental of an accused. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed with the direction to the learned trial Magistrate to expedite the trial of the case concerned bearing Charge-sheet No. 53 of 2020 dated 27.09.2020, case FIR No. 55 dated 28.06.2020 of Police Station Kalakote, District Rajouri, by not adjourning Sr. No. 99 2 CRM (M) No. 887/2023 CrlM No. 1727/2023 the hearings of the case beyond 15 days so as to ensure the early disposal of the same on its merits. 4.
