SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.8183 of 2024 Order: This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the admitted due amounts of Rs.7,67,377/- to the petitioner in relation to works executed by him to the 3rd respondent, despite lapse of much time and even after finalizing the bills and recommendation for payment by respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the said amount to the petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to filing of the present Writ Petition the respondents have paid the amount of Rs.7,67,377/- to the petitioner, hence no orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
