In view of order being passed notices to opposite party no.5 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide Revision preferred by petitioner under Section 48(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act instituted by petitioner on 24.09.2024. 3. From a perusal of order sheet, however it is not discernible as to whether all the opposite parties in aforesaid proceedings have appeared before the authority or not. 4. In view of aforesaid, opposite party no.1 i.e. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide Revision No.175/2025 (Computerized no.202454104600000282 (Dharmendra Kumar v. Khusi Ram and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case all the defendants have put in appearance and there is no other legal impediment 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings.. 6. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
