Heard Sri O.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police have failed to register any crime on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 28.12.2020, 23.01.2021 and 10.02.2021. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered on the complaints of the petitioner, since the matter is purely of civil in nature. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
