Petition has been filed challenging notification dated 05.02.2025 whereby fees for the M.B.B.S. Course for academic session 2019-20 till 2023-24 has been enhanced. 3. Mr. Rahul Shukla, learned State Counsel and Mr. Amit Jaiswal, learned counsel for opposite party no.4 at the very outset have raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of fact that petitioners have an alternative and equally efficacious remedy of Appeal under Section 11 of U.P. Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner does not deny aspect of availability of Appeal to petitioner. 5. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioners to approach the appellate authority with regard to their grievance which shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 6.
