(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.367 dated 13.06.2023 under Sections 420/120-B of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, Gurugram, District Gurugram. Vide order dated 15.01.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI, Narender Singh has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 15.01.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands allowed.
