Heard from the learned counsels of both the sides. 3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage after setting aside the order dated 20.11.2013 (Annexure-1) passed by the Additional Commissioner Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur (Opposite party No.2) in RP Case No.674 of 2012 and remitted back that case vide RP Case No.674 of 2012 to the Additional Commissioner Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur (Opposite party No.2) for its fresh disposal as per law after complying the Page 2 of 2. principles of natural justice that is after giving opportunity of being heard to the parties, as it is evident from the order sheets vide Annexure-1 that without hearing from the petitioners of this writ petition, that Revision Petition has been disposed of. 4. Additional Commissioner Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur (Opposite party No.2) is directed to dispose of the said RP Case No.674 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 5. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Additional Commissioner Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur (Opposite party No.2) immediately. 6.
