The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). to direct the Civil judge (Senior Division) room No. 15 District Sultanpur/opp. party no.1 to decide the Interim Relief application (5-Ga2) Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. dated 11.05.2022 in Original suit no. 363/2022, titled as Lalle & one another vs. Patiram and others as expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
