Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4 and Sri Anshuman Singh Rathore, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.7. 2. Admittedly, subsequent to the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has been permitted to join on the Class-IV post on 25.10.2024 as emerges from a perusal of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner now raises the claim of the petitioner that despite she being permitted to join, she is not being paid honorarium. 4. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions dated 15.07.2025 sent by the District Inspector of Schools, Sultanpur, states that for whatever period the petitioner had worked, her claim for honorarium has been processed. He further states that for the other period, the payments are to be made by the outsourcing firm. 5. The payments to be made by the outsourcing firm for the period are in terms of the Government Order dated 28.10.2022, a copy of which is annexure-8 to the petition, more particularly clause (15). 6. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. It is provided that the claim for honorarium for the period worked by Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sharad Pathak, Priya Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Anshuman Singh Rathore Ragini Dubey (Tripathi) .....Petitioner(s) The State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Secondary Education And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) the petitioner shall be processed by the competent authority and sent to the outsourcing agency for processing the payment of honorarium to the petitioner.
