Parihar, learned Standing Counsel submits that the writ petition is rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the tender period was only for six months and that too in the year, 2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner would pray for time. 2. The fact that the tender period is long gone. The question of examining the validity of the tender is rendered academic. In the event, if the petitioner is of 1 2025:UHC:7707-DB the opinion or is advised that the petitioner suffered any loss or damages, it is open for the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum. 3.
