Careful perusal of office order dated 26.06.2025, passed by Commissioner (Temple), Temple Trust Shri Naina Devi Ji, District Bilaspur, H.P., in terms of judgment dated 01.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.11477 of 2024, titled Murari Lal Vs. State of H.P. and Others, whereby direction was issued to respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Principal w.e.f. 01.06.2023, in terms of bye-laws and rules, amended in the year 2024, reveals that mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with. At this stage, Mr. J.L. Bhardwaj, learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner, states that as per petitioner sum of Rs.13,64,206/- is required to be paid, but he has only been paid sum of Rs.11,95,922/-. Mr. Het Ram Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondent-Trust states that entire amount has been paid, but in case there is any shortfall, representation dated 19.07.2025 filed by the petitioner shall be considered expeditiously. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the contempt petition revived, in case needful, otherwise undertaken to be done, is not done by the respondents within four weeks.
