1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the Court of learned Family Court Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) to decide the case bearing Civil Suit No. 778-A/2022 as early as possible within prescribed time limit. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 778-A/2022 filed by the SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.03.11 10:00:43 +0530
2 plaintiff/petitioner before learned Family Court, Bilaspur District Bilaspur under Section 13 A of Hindu Marriage Act is pending consideration since
10.12.2021. Thus, she would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 778-A/2022 within a stipulated time.
3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Ms. Richa Dwivedi, Advocate, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Family Court, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 778-A/2022 expeditiously.
