Case No.2972 of 2024 (Saira Bano v. Mohd. Sarik and others) instituted by petitioner under Section 173(4) B.N.S.S. for registration of first information report. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant does not wish to press this Application but seeks a direction to court concerned that the said case may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. In view of such a submission, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting undue adjournments to either party. 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case she cooperates in early disposal of the case. 6. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
