3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.6393 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7 and threatening the petitioner to withdraw the civil proceedings and to settle the disputes, as illegal and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 6 and 7 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7 and pass…”
2. Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the petitioner is in attendance. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case, and investigating into the same, and later laid charge sheet before the Magistrate. 4. In that view of the matter, at this length of time, no further orders are required, as there is nothing remains for further adjudication. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
