Considering the innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2, i.e. Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Safipur, District Unnao is directed to consider and decide Case No.T202210690300119 (Iliyas and others v. State Village Kursat Rural, Pargana and Tehsil Safipur, District Unnao) expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case all the parties concerned have appeared and there is no other legal impediment 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
