The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment done by the opposite party no.6 at Gata No. 877 area 0.1980 hectare, Village- Bharbharva (Moglaha) Paragana- Fakharpur Tehsil- Mahasi District-Bahraich" 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that against the four encroachers, the orders have already been passed under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code and against the two encroachers, the proceedings under section 67 are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5.
