JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ) The petitioner is seeking to review the order dated 14.07.2017 passed in W.A.No.200020/2017, whereby the said appeal preferred against the order dated 05.07.2016 passed in W.P.85457/2012 was rejected. 2. I.A.No.1/2021 is filed to condone the delay of 893 days in preferring the review petition. 3. The petitioner selected in the provisional list for the post of Anganwadi Worker, being aggrieved, as she was not appointed to the said post despite her representation, approached the learned Single Judge in the above noted writ petition. The said writ petition was dismissed as having become infructuous, observing that the provisional list would be valid only for a period of one year and therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3652-DB RP No. 200033 of 2021 4. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that the writ petition was filed in the year 2012, but while dismissing the writ appeal, it is observed that the writ petition was preferred in the year 2016, which is an error apparent on the face of record. It is also contended that, the provisional list would not be valid only for a period of one year as observed by the learned Single Judge and therefore, the said observation is incorrect. 5. The writ appeal was disposed of by this Court on 14.07.2017. Review petition is filed in the year 2021 by the learned counsel other than the one who filed the writ appeal challenging the order of the learned Single Judge. There is no material to show that the provisional list was not valid only for a period of one year. Considering that the review petition is filed with an inordinate delay and as no grounds are made out to review the order under challenge, we proceed to pass the following: - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3652-DB RP No. 200033 of 2021 ORDER i.
