The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for his wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 14th August, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.3224 of 2023. 2. Mr. P. C. Sinha, learned A.C. to G.A.III, refers to paragraph no.6 of the show cause affidavit dated 16th December, 2024 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 (wrongly mentioned as opposite party no.3), which reads as under:- “5. That it is most humbly stated and submitted that in compliance to order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C). No. 3224/2023, all the writ petitioners filled application/objection before the opposite party No. 3 and on receipt of the aforesaid application/objection, the matter was referred to the Sub-Judge 1st Senior Division, Godda vide letter no.1184/LA dated 24.09.2024 which has been registered as Original Suit No. 18 of 2024, same is pending before the Learned court for hearing.” 3. It is, thus, submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid statements made in the show cause affidavit dated 16th December, 2024, this Court is of the view that the order dated 14th August, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.3224 of 2023 has now been complied by the opposite party no.2. Hence, there is no reason to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no.2 is hereby dropped. 5. The present contempt case stands disposed of. 6. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to appear in Original Suit No.18 of 2024, which is said to be pending before the concerned court below. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Sanjay/ -2- Cont.
