Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner allege non-implementation of judgment rendered in Rajesh Kumar Vs. HRTC & Ors. 2 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 13.06.2025, and on that basis submits that petitioner’s services have been regularized after completion of one year of contractual service; His pay has also been re- fixed. That all endeavour shall be made by the respondents to take consequential action on the basis of above office order within a period of six months from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No.14/2024 decided on 28.10.2024 2 3. Taking note of the above, present Execution Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage.
