Heard, Ms. P. Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public prosecutor, submitted that F.C.O.P.No.347 of 2011 on the file of the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court, Nellore, itself was closed on 18.04.2016, as one of the parties died on 11.04.2016.
2. The revision case was filed challenging the order dated 13.01.2012 in I.A.No.1988 of 2011 in F.C.O.P.No.347 of 2011 by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court, Nellore, granting interim maintenance to the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. In view of the fact that F.C.O.P.No.347 of 2011 itself was disposed of on 18.04.2016 by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court, Nellore, nothing remains in this criminal revision case to adjudicate further, hence, this criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
