Petitioners want a mandamus to be issued to opposite parties restraining them from allotting Gata No. 315 Kha situated at Village Chaura, Pargana Barausa, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur, as, the petitioners claim right, title and interest therein. 3. However, learned counsel for the State says that the land in question is recorded as banjar bhumi i.e. for non- agricultural purposes. 4. These are matters not to be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners may avail the remedies, as may be prescribed in law. 5. The petition is disposed of.
