The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the District Judge, District Sultanpur to decide the Civil Revision No. 27 of 2022, under Section 115 CPC pending before him since 21.03.2022 filed by the petitioner expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending revision with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
