Counter affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 3. Present petition has been filed challenging the action of respondent no.2 in trying to take the mortgaged asset i.e. a thresher, in respect of a loan granted to the petitioner. 4. At the very outset, both the counsel(s) agree that the efforts are being made for settling the dispute. It is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner would move an application for paying the outstanding installment which was due in November, 2024 before respondent no.2 and shall make an effort to pay the same by 31st March, 2025. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, states that in case the petitioner makes effort to pay the amount as stated before this Court, the respondent no.2 would accept the same, and would accept the other installment as per the schedule fixed. 6. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off permitting the parties to take steps for settlement as stated before this Court.
