Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, Advocate for respondent no. 3. 4. Petitioner took a loan from Bank of India, Branch Bageshwar in the year 2021 under Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojna. Since petitioner could not repay the loan in time, therefore, a recovery certificate was issued against him. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the citation issued by Tehsildar, Bageshwar for recovery of `3,25,239/-+ other charges. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill health and various other personal problems, faced by petitioner, he could not repay the loan in time. He submits that petitioner is interested and willing to repay the loan provided some reasonable time is given to him for liquidating the outstanding dues. 6. Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, learned counsel appearing for the bank submits that if petitioner pays upfront amount of `75,000/- within four weeks from today, the he can be permitted to deposit the balance amount in nine monthly 2025:UHC:9334 instalments. 7. In view of the consensus between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that if petitioner deposits a sum of `75,000/- with the bank within one month from today, then he shall be permitted to deposit the balance amount in nine monthly instalments. The last instalment shall carry the accumulated interested also. 8. In case of any default on the part of the petitioner in abiding the aforesaid conditions, then the bank shall be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner, as per law.
