The learned counsel for the respondents submits that claim for compassionate appointment does not survive as the claimant has already died on 13.6.2006 and now after a long gap of 19 years no compassionate appointment can be granted. 2. So far as post retiral benefits is concerned, the Central Coalfields Limited is directed to disburse the entire amount including monetary compensation, if not paid, to the wife of the deceased preferably within a period of four week’s from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. If some documents need to be verified, it would be the responsibility of the officers of the Central Coalfields Limited to get the same verified by approaching the wife of the deceased. 4.
