Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the auction proceedings for recovery of the dues. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents, based upon the instructions, states that an amount of Rs.2,97,341/- is due and payable by the petitioner as on 10.02.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sometime to repay the said amount. 5. In view thereof, it is directed that the recovery shall not be pressed against the petitioner, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.30,000/- on or before 31st March, 2025. The balance amount of Rs.2,70,000/- and odd shall be paid by the petitioner in six quarterly installments of Rs.40,000/- each. The first installment shall fall due on 30th June, 2025, second on 30th September, 2025, third on 31st December, 2025, fourth on 31st March, 2026 and last installment on 30th June, 2026. The last installment shall include the overdue interests. 6. In the event of failure to pay of any installment, the respondent-Bank would be at liberty to recover the amount in accordance with law. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above terms.
