Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to conduct a fair and proper investigation in pursuance of First Information Report dated 22.12.2024, in Case Crime No.0418/2024, under section 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2) B.N.S. and section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(gha) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Sakran, District-Sitapur, contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to ensure the protection of life of the petitioner and her family members against the threat by the opposite party no.4 and 5, in the interest of justice." 3.
