(2) Applicant is the wife, who has sought transfer of proceedings of Family Suit No. 86 of 2024, pending before Judge 2nd, Family Court, Rudrapur, to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Kashipur. (3) It is contended that marriage between the parties was solemnised on 10.2.2007 as per Hindu rites and customs. A girl child, namely, Kumari Hritika was born out of the said wedlock on 11.11.2009, however thereafter their relations turned sour and ultimately the husband (respondent) filed a suit for divorce before Family Court at Rrudrapur. It is further contended that applicant is serving as Assistant Teacher in a Govt. Primary School at Almora, while her parents reside at Kashipur, therefore a prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid case from Rudrapur to Kashipur. (4) Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that respondent has no objection to the prayer for transfer made by applicant. (5) In view of concession given by respondent through his Counsel, prayer 2025:UHC:5197 for transfer is allowed. Proceedings of Family Suit No. 86 of 2024, pending before Judge 2nd, Family Court, Rudrapur, is hereby transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Kashipur.
