(Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner claims employee’s provident fund that is to be released by the respondent no. 3/Employees Provident Fund Organization. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his claim has been denied for want of documents, but the documents have been filed in this petition now; therefore, the respondent no. 3 may be directed to release the fund in favour of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 would submit that if the petitioner files fresh claim with all the supporting documents, it shall be decided within three weeks. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file the fresh claim along with all the supporting documents within two weeks from today. 2 6. In view thereof, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh claim along with all the supporting documents within two weeks from today. In case, such a claim is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the respondent no. 3/Employees Provident Fund Organization within the next three weeks.
