In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, it is submitted that pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.63 dated 20.02.2019, Dhattenaik Thanda was deleted from Musalikunta Gram Panchayat and merged with the newly constituted Gram Panchayat, Ramnaik Thanda. By virtue of the said Government Order, the process was completed and, therefore, no cause of action survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
