The security money of the petitioner has been refunded on 11.02.2025, whether this should have been done earlier or not, is a factual issue, especially as the contention of Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Ayodhya is that in the earlier tender proceeding, the petitioner had submitted the form in the name of World Welfare Society but the requisite application was filed in the name of Virendra Kumar Tripathi, therefore, it took some time to find out as to who is entitled to the refund of the security money.
