In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent Nos.3 to 5 is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of appropriate direction to respondent no.2 for expeditious disposal of the suit preferred under Section 24 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006. In paragraphs 9 to 11 of the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner has submitted the necessary fee on 3.10.2024 but thereafter no date has been fixed. It is in the aforesaid context, when the court had required the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions, a copy of the written instructions dated 13.2.2025 has been provided to the court for perusal and the same is taken on record. From the perusal of the aforesaid instructions, it indicates that the matter is listed on 18.2.2025. Learned Standing Counsel assures that the matter shall be decided with expedition. Considering the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 that after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties without granting any unnecessary adjournment, an endeavour will be made to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
