Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by which directing the opposite party No.2 & 3 to conduct fair, proper and speedy investigation of FIR No.0696/2024 under section 452, 323, 147, 506, 395 I.P.C. police station- Kotwali District Unnao contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, Section 395 has been dropped against the accused and name of Jeet Bahadur has also been dropped during course of investigation and charge sheet has already been submitted against rest of the accused, which is pending before the supervisory authority. 4. In view thereof, if petitioner has any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioner can move an appropriate application before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days from today and the supervisory authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. .
