No. 553 of Mandigiri Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District. in directing the petitioner to attend the police station everyday and harassing them in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent herein with regard to the property admeasuring Ac.1.30 cts in S.No.Ei53 situated at Mandigiri Ulage, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District as bad, illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 19 86 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between petitioner and 6th respondent and grant such other relief or relief's and to pass…” 2. Sri V.S.K Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners appeared through video conference. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the preliminary enquiry of the police would reveal that the impugned dispute is a civil dispute, and therefore, police will not interfere in this matter. 4. The submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 5. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the matter can be closed without going into the merits of the case. 4 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
