In para 2 of the said order, statement made on behalf of petitioner is recorded that he has been appointed on compassionate ground as Junior Assistant in the Health Department. (4) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner has now been given regular appointment as Junior Assistant in the Health Department, therefore, the relief as claimed do not survive.
