Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the competent authority for release of post retiral benefits along with interest thereof in view of the fact that petitioners have superannuated from service on 30.06.2024 and 31.07.2024 respectively and no dues certificate has also been issued to them. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to move fresh individual representations before respondent No. 3 i.e. The Chief Accounts Officer, U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban), Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioners are found entitled for the aforesaid reliefs, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.
