Case No. 314/2021 (Smt. Prem Kumari Versus Jaydaad Late Shobhnath) filed by the petitioner (Plaintiff of the Suit) on 26.10.2021, for issuance of Succession Certificate Under Section 376 of The Indian Succession Act, 1956, which is pending before him within stipulated time period". 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the Application/Misc. Case No. 314/2021 (Smt. Prem Kumari Versus Jaydaad Late Shobhnath) expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
