The petitioners claim that their father was granted some patta in respect of the land in question and the name of their father was also recorded in the Khatauni but subsequently, it came to be recorded in the name of Forest Department, this fact is disputed by Shri Mohan Singh, Advocate, who says that the land was forest land even prior to what is being stated by the petitioners. 3. Considering the facts and issues involved, this is hardly a matter for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as complicated questions of rights, interest and title in respect of the land in question are involved and the petitioners' counsel has admitted before us that after 2011 his clients have not been cultivating the land in question. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
