When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Posani Sai Surya Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, the petition may be disposed of. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Police are directed to proceed with the investigation, conclude the same and file a report according to law, as expeditiously as possible.
