Revenue Code, 2006 which as calimed by the petitioner was an ex-parte order, application for restoration has been filed by the petitioner which is fixed for 18.2025. 3. Counsel for the petitioner says that 2/3rd of the house/structure has already been demolished and now the remaining house/structure is to be demolished based on the impugned notice. 4. Let the recall application of the petitioner be decided by the end of this month and thereafter if the order passed under Section 67 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 still remains operative, further action be taken, but not otherwise. 5. The petition is disposed of. 6.
