In this view of the matter counsel for the petitioners submits that he would advise petitioner no.2 to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. 5. In view of the statement made by counsel for the State, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infructuous; however it is open to the charge sheeted petitioner no.2 to challenge the charge sheet before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings.
