Notice on behalf of opposite party No.8 has been accepted by Mr. Dilip Kumar Pandey Advocate. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to comply with directions dated 2nd July, 2022 passed by Sub Divisional Officer in proceedings under section 34 of the Revenue Code 2006. 3. It is submitted that in pursuance thereof, an application dated 28th January, 2025 has been submitted to the Tehsildar concerned which is still pending consideration and requires expeditious disposal. 4. In view thereof, the opposite party No.3 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Lakhimpur, District Kheri is directed to decide application dated 28th January, 2025 sent through speed post expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before the concerned authority. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the aforesaid application dated 18th January, 2025 along with certified copy of this order. 5.
