Perused Annexure No.8 and other documents, according to which respondents are not acceding to the claim of the petitioner for the dues as prayed for herein on account of some incident having taken place where the guards of the petitioner are alleged to have taken amount of Rs.28 lacs and a show cause notice has already been issued to the petitioner as claimed by Shri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the respondents on 11.07.2024, therefore, considering the existence of an arbitration clause in the contract between the parties, we do not find it a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
